3D Visualizations of the “Aquamarina 3” Development in Międzyzdroje

For the “Aquamarina 3” development, located in the western part of Międzyzdroje — the most natural and recreational area of the resort — we prepared a set of ten 3D visualizations: two aerial views and eight eye-level perspectives. The goal of the project was to create a realistic and atmospheric presentation of this unique seaside residential complex situated in the first coastline, just a short distance from the dunes and the beach.

The aerial visualizations showcase the harmonious composition of four intimate buildings, their surroundings, and the immediate proximity of the forest and the sea. This approach made it possible to emphasize the exceptional location of the development — surrounded by greenery and the protected Natura 2000 areas, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist center.

The eye-level shots focus on the architecture and the overall atmosphere of the place — showcasing the modern forms of the buildings with spacious balconies, green courtyards, and private gardens. In some of the visualizations, sunset lighting was used to highlight a warm, relaxing summer mood and emphasize the leisure-oriented character of the development.

The aim of the project was not only to accurately reproduce the architecture and its surroundings, but also to capture the emotions associated with the seaside lifestyle — tranquility, nature, and comfort. The visualizations were created with great attention to detail, lighting, and color palette, ensuring they serve as an effective tool supporting the developer’s marketing efforts.
